PICU intra-hospital transfer guideline

Objectives

The aim of this checklist is to maximise safety and reduce variability. It is a cognitive aid to be used by the team during the intra-hospital of patients to and from PICU RHC Glasgow (eg to the CT scanner). 

Scope

This checklist is to be used by the team involved in transferring neonates, infants and children to and from PICU within RHC Glasgow
