- Name and contact number of person the interpreter will be working with, so the interpreting service can inform them of their time of arrival etc.
- What language is required
- Approximate length of time the service will be required, if known
- What time you need the interpreter (including immediately)
DA Languages will arrange the interpreter, who will usually be on site within one hour OOH’s. The interpreter should have ID on them.
No cost code is required – DA will contact the interpreting team the following day to arrange payment etc.
The interpreters have access to NHSGGC Occupational Health for support following a traumatic event.
