We aim to send advice rather than bringing patients up to the hospital when that is appropriate, and for mild cosmetic conditions such as keratosis pilaris and pityriasis alba. We will also return referrals when patients have not been treated according to guidance before referral (see below) and referrals for food allergy testing when there is no clear history of food reaction.
