The Child Protection Service is for children and young people who may have experience abuse. We offer services to patients’ from birth to 16 years and up to age 13 for suspected sexual abuse. Our service consists of a team of Consultant Paediatricians and Child Protection nursing advisors.
Child Protection advisors are available Monday – Friday 9-5 for advice and support. We would encourage you to seek advice early about concerns that you have. There is a Child Protection Consultant available on call via Royal Hospital for Children switchboard (0141 201 0000) at all times.
